These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Big Things Decoration, including but not limited to: Signage, Facade Cladding (Alucobond), Stand Design, and Large Format Printing. By approving a quote or issuing a purchase order, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.
All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance due to fluctuations in raw material costs. An order is considered firm only after the receipt of a signed quote and the required down payment.
No production will begin without written approval of the final 3D model or mockup. Big Things Decoration is not responsible for errors once the Client has validated the design. Any changes after production starts will incur additional costs.
A 50% deposit is required to start the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion. All goods remain the exclusive property of Big Things Decoration until full payment is received.
Delivery dates are estimated. We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions or third-party suppliers. The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary municipal permits for signage placement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Tunisian Courts.
